How does the Money Back Guarantee work?
You have 30 days from the day we ship your cat to let us know by email that you are unhappy with the product. Once you let us know, you must mail your cat back to us. Once we have received the product return, we will refund your money either electronically, or by check. Products that arrive damaged will be exchanged for a new product at no extra charge.
